By accessing or using Macheri (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Macheri is a wedding management platform that helps couples, planners, and vendors plan, coordinate, and celebrate weddings. Features include guest management, vendor coordination, budget tracking, attire management, and AI-powered planning assistance.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Upload malicious code or content.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, documents, text). By uploading content, you grant Macheri a limited licence to store, process, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms are displayed at the time of purchase. Refund policies are outlined in our billing FAQ.

7. AI Features

Macheri uses AI to provide planning suggestions and insights. AI outputs are recommendations only and should not be treated as professional advice. Macheri is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Macheri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
